Die Odds Ratios aus den Publikationen und 1) die Anzahl der exponierten Fälle, 2) der Gesamtnutzungsdauer in Jahren, 3) der Gesamtanrufzeit in Stunden und 4) der Gesamtzahl der Telefonate wurden grafisch aufbereitet.
Eine synoptische Analyse zu allen Hirntumor-Arten und Mobiltelefon-Nutzung wurde von Leitgeb (2014) veröffentlicht.

Es wurden zwei unterschiedliche Datenpools identifiziert: zahlreiche Studien einer einzelnen Forschergruppe (der schwedischen Hardell-Gruppe) und alle anderen nationalen und internationalen Studien.
Die Analyse verschiedener Parameter der Nutzung (z.B. Gesamtnutzungsdauer in Jahren, Gesamtanrufzeit in Stunden und Gesamtzahl der Telefonate) und die Verteilung der Daten unterstützen nicht die Annahme eines Gliom-Risikos für Langzeit- und/oder häufig Mobiltelefon-Nutzern. Mit steigender statistischer Aussagekraft (d.h. Anzahl der exponierten Fälle) nähern sich die Risikoschätzer einem verminderten gesundheitlichen Risiko (OR 0,8) an. Trotz der auffälligen Unterschiede zwischen einigen epidemiologischen Studien lassen sich aus der synoptischen Analyse aller vorhandenen Daten laut Autor insgesamt eher beruhigende als alarmierende Schlussfolgerungen zum Risiko für Gliom bei Mobiltelefon-Nutzung selbst bei Viel- und/oder Intensiv-Nutzern ziehen.
