Die Exposition wurde durch Berechnung von drei EMF-Messgrößen abgeschätzt: Spannung (U) jeder der beiden nächsten Verteilerleitungen geteilt durch den Abstand (d), Spannung geteilt durch das Quadrat des Abstands und Spannung geteilt durch die Kubikzahl des Abstands. Desweiteren wurden fünf Wire-Code-Kategorien in Anpassung an die Bedingungen in Griechenland gebildet: 400 kV- und 150 kV-Leitungen wurden als Höchstspannung bezeichnet, 66 kV als Hochspannung, 15 - 22 kV als Mittelspannung, 6,6 kV als mittlere Niederspannung und 0,4 kV als Niederspannung.
