Anatomy. The largest part of the brain, consisting of the two hemispheres united by the corpus callosum. Each cerebral hemisphere is divided into four lobes: the frontal lobe (centers of voluntary movement, reasoning, emotions, and judgement), the temporal lobe (centers of hearing and memory), the parietal lobe (responsible for touch and spoken language ability), and the occipital lobe (center of vision).
