A bread machine is an electrically driven device for preparing a dough and subsequently baking it. The alternating electric and magnetic fields at the fundamental frequency of 50 Hz resp. 60 Hz are caused by the operation of the motor when processing the dough and the heating of the heating elements during the baking process.
