Main outcome of study (acc. to author)

The NADPH oxidase could be activated by electrostimulation. This activation is non-linear time dependent, which must be assumed that this finding is caused by the inhibiton of the enzym by prolongated irradiation. Ca2+ in the media is promoting the enzyme activating process.
